reiki is very real. it is as real as you are and even more because it is unlimited universal energy. it is ancient knowledge.
People talk about truth in this world. I know without a shadow of a doubt….that reiki is….an absolute…TRUTH! I can also say that as I am a reiki practitioner and give donation healings. I’ve used it on myself for a year and a half now. If it didn’t do anything I wouldn’t be using it. It’s high frequency subtle energy.
How can reiki be an absolute truth????
Can you prove it? Is there any scientific evidence that Reiki really works?

What a lot of people don’t understand about subtle energy is that it’s too sensitive for any scientific instruments to detect. It’s very possibly beyond the range of gamma ray detection. The human consciousness is subtle energy. This discussion about it though is futile. The only way to prove reiki is to experience it yourself. I’ve used it for myself for and I Know it is TRUTH. The truth is what you know, not what you are told. Animals also love reiki. My cats love it. Have a session
The “truth” is that you CANNNOT prove it and there is NO scientific evidence that Reiki really works…BUT that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work. Many, many people believe that it does work and some others don’t so it’s up to you to decide if it’s truth or not.

I don’t know if reiki truly works but I do know for a fact that there are things in this world which cannot be proven by science because they are of a spiritual nature.
As much as atheists try to ignore it or disprove it, the truth is that there IS spiritual stuff going on in the world.
I’m new to all this and find this to be really interesting. What ever works best to heal the body and mind works for me… : )
look at it this way
doctors dont understand why the majority of their medicines work. They just “work”.
So this, for them, is proof.
Look at reiki in the same way, it “works”.
A placebo works 50% of the time. Isnt that interesting? A placebo then, works better than most medicines…
reiki is a form of energy manipulation.

Some people find it more difficult than others to understand and feel their spiritual energy.
Just have faith in yourself. Sit somewhere in your room but before ask your roommates/family/friends gently not to bother you for a couple hours.
Close your eyes and try to notice your health, your love, your fear…Try to meditate for a while.
You can find the really important answers in yourself, just try it.

The hand position he offer are not correct base on the aliance or reiki practice. Any one can do energy healing, but not every one can do Reiki.

Well no doubt a lot of scientists would say it is based on suggestion and the placebo effect. But then again, science has also proven that the placebo effect can have better healing results then the actual medicine. That then again proves that self healing powers exists in us all.
