Quantum Healing with Dr. Lo

Science and metaphysics have become strong allies in the past few years. Movies like What the Bleep have clearly influenced this trend, In this video Dr. Lo talks about distance healing and the scientific view of chi transference and space.

Dr. Lo, a quantum physicist, is working to prove the existence of qi through quantitative, scientific means. The video was first screened at Dr. Lo’s presentation to the Institute of Noetic Sciences for funding for his research.

Okay let me clarify this is not Quantum Healing he is talking about. He is talking about Chi Jong which is a form of energy minipulation. the is saying though that we Should learn the concept of Quantum theory and aply it to are daily lives.

  • legne

Haha how would you apply quantum mechanics do your daily lives? :D

  • legne

“I [...] determined it was chi”. This is why laypersons shouldn’t try to understand science.
It IS a coincidence. Coincidences are coincidences BECAUSE it’s incredibly what a coincidence it is.
    Confirmation bias. Look it up.

Chi does NOT exist. End of story.

  • drkhwantum

Cryptography, and err maybe computers that can factorize really big numbers…..

  • gilgamesh1962

Some people will discount “chi” because there is no proof of it, yet science often accepts things like dark matter, dark energy, and a whole slew of other things. Its easier to thing of “Chi” as an “X” medium, for example, how does quantum entanglement work? how can one particle communicate across millions of miles? what medium does it use? a hot item in genetic science today is “Epigenetics” please research this. basically its the science of how are genes can flip states (be switched) by -

  • gilgamesh1962

external influences, it can be stress, touch, energy even light that can “flip” the switches in our genes that are then passed on to later generations. we know for fact that there is an electrical “energy” aspect to our cells, so who is to say that quantum entanglement could not be possible with our cells under a persons intent? no its not proven, yet, but it also hasn’t been proven impossible . folks research epigenetics, and quantum entanglement, and all this may not seem so odd.

  • JPO1618

How can anything ever be proven impossible? One can only ever state that the given conditions have not yet occurred. There is no way to rule out what will happen in the future, but we can make an educated guess and apply probability to future events.

Are you actually talking about entire cells being entangled? Quantum effects do not occur at this scale.

  • JPO1618

Dark matter and dark energy are place holder names for things we do not yet understand. There are far from “accepted” in science. Rather, they are heavily debated over and hypothesized about.

  • gilgamesh1962

Quantum entanglement effects, who knows really where it stops. I will just keep my mind open on this subject. and , science really doesn’t know yet all the things that can trigger genes to switch on and off. an interesting theory check this video out from Nassim Haramein , watch?v=ekGJC5HFDlE&feature=PlayList&p=7000E2FA266DB3F7&index=0&playnext=1 again I am not stuck on any beliefs, I just have not ruled out the possibility.

  • gilgamesh1962

Hmm that was an Audio version link, you can do a search for “Crossing the event horizon” also available on torrent .

I find it simply remarkable how ridiculously stupid materialists are (and frankly find it and indicator of poor mental health that they tend to waste their time watching and talking shit about such things, strange indeed).
Chi has long been named, it is not a matter of conjecture nor extrapolation.
Pull out any textbook on biology, generally the first chapter where it discusses the transformation of ATP, what is released is Chi, period. This is energy and it is quantifiable.

gilgamesh1962 – I practised Karate in the 90′s & got to know Chi very well. I can’t explain how I was able to do things, I just could. I didn’t need eyes as much as most think, although I’m grateful for sight. I could jump the height of a man & deliver kicks, I could take strikes that would flatten most & it wouldn’t hurt. It was all fairly wierd. I didn’t need to practise moving chi around, it would just be there.

  • desert01ice

    thank you .

  • pimpsupreme

i can transfer chi through my shins when i kick……

  • Kingkalty

    google Doe’s Account, mindblowing.

  • DutchNordic

Wow another witchdoctor exploiting the awesome PLACEBO EFFECT!
He knows scientific terms that make him sound smart and he can makeup feelgood bullshit. The perfect combination

  • mnhippie

    Thank you truly thank you

  • snackynak

I see Dr Lo heals his patients by standing back and emitting invisible quantum waves of bullshit.
Lets see this healer grow back an amputated limb.
Lets see this healer kill off AIDs from a person using his “quantum healing”.

    What a fraud.

  • Tagra102023

@snackynak Modern medical science can not yes cure HIV, or regrow limbs, does that make medicine a fraud? Just becuase there are no absolute ‘cure all’s’ doesn’t mean they don’t have a real effect.

  • snackynak

@Tagra102023 No, but modern medicine can give a person a fake limb, or medication that can stave off HIV.
What does homeopathy do? Other than lie about quantum mechanics.

  • Ramster321

    interesting stuff

  • Tagra102023

    @snackynak
Well, homeopathy per ce is good for things such as alergic reations. One homoepathic methid is to dilute a thing someone is alergic to, to an extent that the individual can cope with. And the mixture is graduly concentrated.

Quantum healing, and other energy healing modalitys work differantly – they ballance the meridians and chakra points. Reflexology, Accurpuncture and Accupressure work on the same construct.

Basicly differant things are usefull for differant problems.

  • snackynak

@Tagra102023 So dilute some poison oak into a cream, see if it stops you from getting poison oak.
Quantum healing and other engery healing modalities work the same- and that’s they don’t really work at all. The effect is psychological, not quantum.
You want REAL quantum healing… its called nuclear medicine and radiography. PET scan, CT, X-ray, RT, those are as close as you will get to real “quantum healing devices”.

  • alexicoff

    @gilgamesh1962
Science doesn’t “Accept” dark matter or dark energy (and anything else you might suggest to that degree)
In fact, there is furious debate about the origin of dark matter. We know that there exists an anomaly in the cosmological constant, and the rotation rate of galaxies (and many other things) and one explanation for that is extra mass. IN FACT, a myriad of theories explaining dark matter have been REJECTED, based on evidence.

So put away your straw man.

  • santurcedecora

    @ACERTIXO2002 I agree with you 100%
